Our
objective at initial consultation meetings is therefore 'to
get to grips' with the nature of the client's business, and
the specific issues to be tackled, as quickly and
efficiently as possible.
Typically, these meetings would be undertaken by a Projects
Manager who will have a detailed understanding of DTS's
capabilities and where we can add most value to the project.
The Project Manager will rapidly identify areas where
DTS can assist and, in consultation with the client, will
prepare a detailed Scope of Work, clearly defining our
agreed activities in the project.
